For International buyers:

You can Place an order (Self / Gifting) for delivery within INDIA. We Do Not Ship outside of India

For domestic buyers:

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order

confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

Misuraa is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and

only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7

working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of

order confirmation.

To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.

If you feel that the packing is tampered with before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all

times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Misuraa is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

1.  Every order shipped by www. TheValueStore.in is delivered Free throughout India.

2.  For shipments outside Chennai (Within India) Octroi charges (if any), have to be borne by the
