About us. misuraa.com is run by Misuraa Projects LLP, Experience Centre, M-4, Laxmi Industrial Estate, New Link Road, Suresh Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders. Products and prices on this website are an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it and dispatch the product. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or listed with a pricing error. If we decline an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Prices. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Payment. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net banking through Razorpay. EMI options are available through Razorpay and Pine Labs.

Product information. We take care to describe products accurately. Dimensions are approximate, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Delivery. Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. We deliver within India only.

Returns and refunds. Returns are covered in our Refund Policy. Website orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Showroom orders cannot be returned.

Cancellations. You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Custom-made and import-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Warranty. Our chairs carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and technical defects. After the warranty, our lifetime service guarantee means we repair or replace parts at a nominal charge. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper assembly or handling.

Intellectual property. All content on this website, including text, images and designs, belongs to Misuraa Projects LLP. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Reviews and comments. You are welcome to share reviews. Please don't post anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove such content.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
